The range, which has ombre detailing, has been described by the French company as being “the perfect colour to help inspire romance.”

Announcing the new collection on Instagram, Le Creuset said: “Introducing Shell Pink… gorgeously subtle, this soft and delicate shade of pink will add charm and sophistication to the kitchen.” Is it weird that this collection reminds me of marshmallows? Or even those Pink ‘N’ Whites biscuits?
Prices range from £9 for a cute egg cup and £12 for an espresso cup, to Le Creuset’s pricier pieces, like the 24cm cast iron round casserole dish, which will set you back £240.
Yeah, £240 is a lot for a casserole dish, but you do get a lifetime guarantee with that, so it’s not too steep when you think of it like that.

But if this new collection is a little out of your price range, Lidl just released a cookware collection in rainbow colours, which will suit your budget a little better.
Lidl’s range includes a cast iron casserole dish, which will set you back £24.99. And other highlights include a forged aluminium stock pot costing £19.99, and an oven dish – perfect for lasagne – coming in at a very pleasing £4.99.
The range comes in a gorgeous array of colours, including bright yellow, red, teal and pale green. But be warned: Lidl says that once the piece are gone, they’re gone. So you better get a wriggle on.
