There’s no denying it – Le Creuset is just about the best when it comes to cookware. But, unfortunately for those of us with embarrassingly empty bank accounts, the prices mean that filling our kitchen with Le Creuset cookware might not be an option.

Luckily for us cheap skates, Lidl has launched a rainbow cookware range that looks a hell of a lot like the Le Creuset cookware we dream of having filled with stews bubbling away on the AGA. Ooooo, an AGA.

Lidl’s range includes a cast iron casserole dish, which will set you back £24.99, which compared to Le Creuset’s £210 version as an absolute steal.
Other highlights include a forged aluminium stock pot costing £19.99, and an oven dish – perfect for lasagne – comes in at a very pleasing £4.99.

Plate, bowl and mug sets are also available, as well as insulated bottles and food storage containers. The range comes in a gorgeous array of colours, including bright yellow, red, teal and pale green.
The limited-edition range hits Lidl shelves on Thursday 20 February. But be warned – Lidl has said that once stock is gone, it’s well and truly gone. So, you better move damn fast if you want to stock up and make your kitchen as Instagrammable as possible. Which obviously you do.
