Summer is coming and things are pretty great because McDondald's is finally bringing back the Aero and mint Aero McFlurry, guys!

The tasty ice cream treat has been missing from the menu for four whole years, but the fast food restaurant is blessing our summer 2k19 with some chocolatey, minty goodness...starting next week.

According to The Sun, the mint and chocolate Aero McFlurry ice creams will be available in regular and mini size from May, priced at £1.39 and 99p respectively.

There is one bummer though: the flavours won't be making a permanent return to the menu, and will only be available until June 25. Better hop to it!

Also coming back to the Maccies menu for summer is the delish strawberry lemonade, along with a new millionaire's frappe... and Twitter is excited:

The new additions do signal the end of the Event Of The Year™ - McDonald's Monopoly. The game, which offers prizes and free food for those who peel stickers from their meals, will finish on Tuesday 30th April.

Everyone's clicking on...

This year, the fast food chain removed its 'Go Large' incentive The idea was that those who bought larger meals would collect more stickers, but this didn't go ahead for 2019. Aside from that, the deal was much the same; prizes included cash, cars and Now TV subscriptions (pretty ideal for Game of Thrones).

Sadly, the prizes will end on Tuesday... but isn't a minty Aero ice cream kind of a prize, anyway?
