Life has been changed ever since the day McDonald's introduced UberEats and we were able to order a bacon and egg McMuffin and hash brown without leaving our beds. But there's still one thing that's missing: a good old cheeseburger, obvs.

Despite the fact that hash browns are one of the most popular items on the Maccies menu, you can still only get them as part of the breakfast menu here in the UK (unlike our friends in the US and Australia, who have access all day). Sadly, this does mean that making your own lil' burger stack is impossible. Or, at least we thought it was...

A clever Reddit user has figured out a way to add the potato-ey goodness to your burger, and now we can't ever imagining ordering anything else.

The trick is literally just: arrive at McDonald’s at 10.30am on the dot, when the menu is switching from breakfast to lunch, and ask for a hash brown in your burger. Easy peasy.

If the Maccies staff don't fancy bending the rules for you, you can time it by ordering the hash brown at 10:29, and a burger at 10:31. SMART.

Of course, the downside to this is that you have to eat at 10:30am, which is kind of a random time to have a meal. Unless you're suffering the effects of the night before, of course, in which case it might be the perfect time to emerge from your bed.
