Harlan Coben is back on Netflix, with a brand new thriller series sure to leave you hooked until the very last minute. Run Away drops on the streaming platform today and it's an eight-part series about a man named Simon whose daughter Paige runs away from university and when he tries to get her back it sets off a series of disastrous consequences.
The series stars Harlan Coben drama regular James Nesbitt as Simon, and he's joined by a stellar cast including Minnie Driver, Ruth Jones and Alfred Enoch.

James Nesbitt as Simon Greene
Who is Simon Greene?: Simon is Run Away's lead character. His daughter Paige runs away from university and when he finds her busking and tries to bring her home it sets off a chain of events with devastating consequences.
What else has James Nesbitt been in?: If you're a regular Harlan Coben fan, you'll have seen James pop up in his other series on Netflix before. He most recently starred in last year's Missing You and he also starred in Stay Close in 2021. Outside of Harlan Coben series, James is known for starring in the series Cold Feet, Bloodlands, The Missing and Murphy's Law. He's also known for his film roles including The Hobbit franchise.
Minnie Driver as Ingrid Greene
Who is Ingrid Greene?: Ingrid is Simon's wife and Paige's mother. She works at the local hospital and helps Simon to try and find Paige.
What else has Minnie Driver been in?: Minnie's breakout role was in the movie Circle of Friends, from there she went onto star in Grosse Pointe Blank, Good Will Hunting and Phantom of the Opera. She's also known for starring in Will & Grace and About a Boy. Most recently you might recognise her for starring in the latest series of Emily in Paris as Princess Jane.
Ellie de Lange as Paige Greene
Who is Paige Greene?: Paige is Simon and Ingrid's eldest daughter. After going to university, her life heads down a dark path and she runs away from home.
What else has Ellie de Lange been in?: Ellie is known for starring in The Serpent, Wolf Hall and Arcadia.
Ruth Jones as Elena Ravenscroft
Who is Elena Ravenscroft?: Elena is a former police officer turned private detective whose path crosses with Simon's during his hunt for Paige.
What else has Ruth Jones been in?: Well of course you are most likely to know Ruth for playing the icon that is Nessa in Gavin and Stacey. She's also known for starring in the series Stella, Little Dorit, Little Britain, Fat Friends and we'll soon see her as Mrs Bennet in the new series The Other Bennet Sister.
Alfred Enoch as Isaac Fagbenle
Who is Isaac Fagbenle?: Isaac is the detective in charge of investigating the murder of Paige's boyfriend Aaron.
What else has Alfred Enoch been in?: Alfred first appeared on our screens as Dean Thomas throughout all the Harry Potter movies. Since then he's had major roles in the series How To Get Away With Murder, The Couple Next Door and Miss Austen.
Amy Gledhill as Ruby Todd
Who is Ruby Todd?: Ruby is Isaac's right hand woman and fellow detective who is also working on the cast of Aaron's death.
What else has Amy Gledhill been in?: Amy is an actress and writer who has previously appeared in episodes of Big Mood, The Emily Atack Show, and Daddy Issues.
Lucian Msamati as Cornelius Faber
Who is Cornelius Faber?: Cornelius is Aaron and Paige's neighbour and some what of a local vigilante.
What else has Lucian Msamati been in?: Lucian has been on our screens since the late 1990s and starred in everything from Game of Thrones, to His Dark Materials, to Gangs of London, and Hostage. Most recently we saw him star in the movie Conclave.
Jon Pointing as Ash
Who is Ash?: Ash is a mysterious figure in the series and an assassin who works with Dee Dee.
What else has Jon Pointing been in?: Jon is best known for starring in the series Big Boys. He's also had roles in the series Queenie, Sweetpea, Plebs and Smothered.
Maeve Courtier-Lilley as Dee Dee
Who is Dee Dee?: Dee Dee works alongside Ash as an assassin.
What else has Maeve Courtier-Lilley been in?: Maeve is best known for starring in the movie Gran Turismo. She's also been in the series The Red King, The Light in the Hall, Silent Witness and most recently starred in the Netflix movie Champagne Problems.
Annette Badland as Lou
Who is Lou?: Lou is Elena's tech woman who helps her on her missions.

Ingrid Oliver as Yvonne
Who is Yvonne?: Yvonne is Ingrid's sister and also Simon's business partner.
