- Reddit sleuths believe they’ve figured out the mystery parent...and pictures released by The Sun seemingly confirm those theories.
The Love Is Blind season 9 reunion is still a week away from airing, but as usual, TV reporter and Reality Receipts podcast co-host Rikkii Wise (aka @storytimewithrikkii) already has all the tea. On 21st October, Rikkii dropped some major LIB season 9 reunion spoilers — some of which involve the rumoured relationship between Joe Ferrucci and Kacie McIntosh, and some of which involve a main cast member’s secret baby. Major spoilers ahead, obviously.
As Rikkii explained, someone “who made it to final cast” (aka one of the 12 people who got engaged in the pods) is “going to announce a baby” during the reunion...and she clarified the baby was not conceived “with their Love Is Blind partner.” However, Rikkii chose not to reveal the cast member’s name.
But fret not, because Reddit is already on the case. The current theory making the rounds: The cast member making the baby reveal at the LIB reunion is going to be Megan Walerius, aka Sparkle Megan, and this theory stems mostly from the social media break she seemingly took between September 2024 and August 2025.

To make things more compelling, The Sun just dropped some pics of Megan with a mystery man (who is very much not Jordan Keltner, to whom she got engaged in the pods)...and a baby. Per a source: “The man seems to be living in Megan’s home. He has been in and out at all hours of the day.” In-ter-est-ing!
As a refresher: The three couples who went into the 22nd October finale engaged were Megan and Jordan, Ali Lima and Anton Yarosh, and Edmond Harvey and Kalybriah Haskin.
But as Rikkii previously revealed, none of the couples end up getting married — instead, Ali ends up saying no to Anton at the altar, as does Kalybriah to Edmond. Megan and Jordan don’t even make it to the wedding day, calling things off before they walk down the aisle.
Guess we’ll find out exactly what went down (and what happened after the couples all reportedly said I don’t....) at the reunion on 29th October!
Also adding fuel to the fire, in the teaser for the Love Is Blind Reunion, which aired at the end of the season finale, host Nick Lachey asks Megan if she still doesn't feel "cut out to be a mother", after saying so on the show.
She replies, "Actually, I do have a little bit of a surprise..."
