Jennifer Aniston will probably always hold a special place in our hearts. From the Friends throwbacks to the fact that she's never shied away from standing up for herself, she's always been a bit of an icon. And being the icon that she is, she occasionally likes to give us insights into her life (we lap them up, ofc) and recently she posted a video showing her dogs very adorably trying - and succeeding - at ruining her workout.
Like any major celebrity Jen has a home gym which she clearly makes the most of (her fitness regime is notoriously simple but effective). The only problem with this is that along with a home gym, Jen also has three dogs, Sophie, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield.
In a recent video posted to Instagram Jen demonstrated just how tricky it is working out with the dogs around. In the 11-second reel she attempts a series of exercises only to have Clyde and Lord Chesterfield make their presence very known.
While trying to do mat exercises the dogs walk over her, wrestle with a toy and basically just try to get her attention with their cutest moves. She soundtracked the Reel pretty perfectly too, with a clip that begins, "Okay, I know I'm cute, but stop a-smothering me."
Anyone else a bit obsessed with Lord Chesterfield?
