If there's one thing we love to see, it's celebs being real. And Chrissy Teigen was channeling just that yesterday, when she posted a very relatable postpartum photo which showed off her leaking nipple. IYKYK.

"Omw [on my way] to bandage together both my wound and 3.8 second clips of Beyoncé performing in Dubai until I get a full HBO special," Chrissy said, referencing both her recent C-section and Beyoncé's first live performance since 2018, which took place over the weekend at the opening of the Atlantis in Dubai.

In the photo, Chrissy – who welcomed a new addition to her family earlier this month – makes no attempt to hide the leaking from her breasts and belly, which captured the attention of other parents. "The soggy stage... everything is soggy!" one person commented in response to the photo, with another person writing: "I’m so glad women now have the freedom to acknowledge, not hide."

"The milk spots add an extra layer of authenticity to this," a third fan added, as someone else chimed in with: "Love that you are normalising leaking through everything in the first weeks [of] postpartum. You wake up at night and you’re like 'Is it pee? Is it milk? Or is it sweat?' So many body fluid options."

"Nothing says postpartum authenticity like milk stains!" another fan replied, with a sixth Chrissy stan commenting: "I just felt genuinely compelled to comment because you just exude this realness and authenticity that is rare, and I admire and envy. This is something that I had to hide in my own home, but you share with the world. You're amazing, in SO many ways."

According to the NHS, "leaking is normal and nothing to worry about."

"After your baby is born and if you're breastfeeding, your breasts will probably leak milk," the NHS explains. "If it bothers you, you can try putting a tissue or an absorbent breast pad (sometimes called maternity breast pads, or nursing pads) in your bra to absorb the milk."
