Kylie Jenner has shared a candid message with fans about her post-baby body, revealing that she's "trying to be healthy and patient" as she gained weight during her second pregnancy.

ICYMI (how!?) the youngest KarJenner sibling welcomed her second child with Travis Scott earlier this year in February, a baby boy – who was initially called Wolf but has since had a surprise name-change.

Although Kylie has kept the name of her son under wraps in the months following his birth, she has been open with fans about her postpartum journey, most recently taking to Instagram to share her favourite post-pregnancy workouts.

"Gained 60lbs again this pregnancy", she wrote on an Instagram video of her walking on a treadmill. "Down 40lbs" she added alongside the prayer hands emoji, "just trying to be healthy and patient."

She went on: "Walking/pilates is my favourite combo."

It's worth noting though, that while it's great Kylie is focussing on her fitness, there should be no pressure to change your post-baby body as long as you're healthy and happy!

Recently, the 24-year-old opened up about how she's been struggling "mentally, physically, spiritually." Speaking to her fans via her Instagram Story, the reality TV star – who became a mum for the first time four years ago – said: "This experience for me personally has been a little harder than with my daughter [Stormi]."

She continued: "It's not easy mentally, physically, spiritually, it's just crazy. And yeah, I didn't just want to get back to life without saying that because I think we can look on the internet — for other moms going through it right now — we can go on the internet, and it might look a lot easier for other people, and put the pressure on us, but it hasn't been easy for me."

Stressing how tough postpartum life can be, Kylie encouraged other new parents to be open and honest about their feelings. "It's OK not to be OK," she said. "Once I realised that I was putting some pressure on myself... And I just keep reminding myself I made a whole human, a beautiful healthy boy."

She ended the post by saying: "We have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be 'back'. Not even physically, just mentally, after birth. So yeah, just sending some love. I love you guys!"

We love you Kylie!
