Model and soon-to-be mother of three, Ashley Graham, took to Instagram yesterday to share a photo of her 40-week baby bump with her 15.8 million followers. "Extended stay" she wrote in the caption, referencing how she's currently past her due date with her twin boys still enjoying their time in mum's tum.
The sweet photo, in which she wears a green knit jumper while remaining totally nude down below, clearly went down a treat with fans, racking up nearly a million likes in just a few hours. And, in the comments section, plenty of followers and celebrity friends alike shared their excitement for her incoming new arrivals.
"Oh I love this so much 💚" wrote one Instagram user, with someone else adding: "Cozy in there." A third fan commented "Sending prayers of comfort and healthy delivery," while another put: "They are like, 'Mommy, you made it too comfortable for us in here! Why come out?'"
Her candid post comes just a few days after the 34-year-old announced she had reached the 40th week of her pregnancy. In a separate photo series on the social media platform, she wrote: "Made it full term today (40 weeks!). Due dates are just a suggestion, babies will always come on their birthday."
In the carousel of photos, Ashley and her baby bump can be seen lounging on her bed – presumably enjoying some much-needed quiet time before the upcoming sleepless nights and round-the-clock feeds.
The model has been open with her followers about her pregnancy, taking them along with her on the journey. Throughout the last nine months, she's shared plenty of snaps of her growing baby bump, and has been honest about her previous experience with postpartum life and breastfeeding.

Much like other new mums, Ashley admitted to her followers that she underestimated how tough postpartum life would be. "Raise your hand if you didn’t know you’d be changing your own diapers too," she said in an Instagram post in February 2020 after welcoming her first child, Isaac.
"No one talks about the recovery and healing (yes even the messy parts) new moms go through," she added. "I wanted to show you guys that it’s not all rainbows and butterflies! It’s been tough."
