If you haven't heard the big news already, Kim Kardashian walked the Balenciaga Haute Couture Fashion Week runway in Paris just yesterday A.M., along with many other stars including Dua Lipa and Nicole Kidman. It was certainly a morning of elegance and nostalgia, to say the least.
Since her big catwalk debut (watch out Kendall for your sis is hawt on your model tail), Kim has been spotted out and about roaming the Parisian streets with uber stylish daughter, North West. OK girls, we see you *cue all the flame emojis*.
And whilst their latest public appearance with matching nose rings for the Jean-Paul Gaultier A/W 2022/23 show stunned fans, for us beauty junkies, the most shocking part of the look has to be Kim's newly dyed streaky blonde hair. Yep, it's no longer just one shade of platinum but two, with a warmer hue just below the dark brunette root which is then followed by icy white mid-end lengths. As the saying goes: less more is more.
Is it just me or is it giving Xtina 'Dirrty' vibes circa 2000? Minus the jet black colour, ofc.
Now, we do have to acknowledge that we aren't too sure whether the different coloured streaks are intentional – I mean, as we all know, blonde hair is very difficult to maintain. However, regardless of whether this was deliberate or a happy accident, the different combination of blonde hues is such a lewk.
Could streaky hair be replacing balayage babylights and highlights? I guess only time will tell...
