The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County is incoming! The show stars a whole new cast of Mormons residing in California, but original SLOMW cast member Jen Affleck isn’t among them. Which is pretty wild considering People originally reported that “Jen Affleck is the only original cast member who will star in the spinoff alongside nine new castmates.”

Instead, the show will star Bobbi Althoff, Aspyn Ovard, Avery Woods, Salomé Andrea, McCall DaPron, Chandler Higginson, Ashleigh Pease, and Madison Bontemp.

So…has Jen said anything about not being in the cast? Nope, but amid the news being announced yesterday, she posted a bunch of photos from what certainly looks to be the Southern California area, along with a poem.

In her poem (published before the Hulu casting announcement) Jen wrote about not feeling “enough” and how she overcame that feeling.

She then shared a photo of herself enjoying the view, and said she hoped the poem helped others.

According to Hulu’s press release about The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County, “A new group of dynamic young mothers in Orange County collide in a community where beliefs are not just their religion; they are their identity. While some defend their way of life, fighting against modernity, others embrace change, becoming a platform to disrupt the status quo. Scandals and secrets will be revealed, facades will crumble, and families and friendships will change forever on both sides of the battlefield as this group of strong, game-changing influencers comes together to build their answer to #MomTok.”
