Not to sound like a pick-me, but I don’t really believe you have to spend an arm and a leg for every type of hair tool. Sure, a really high-quality blow-dryer is amazing for reducing damage, especially if you never air-dry. But I have the same flat iron from TJ Maxx that I bought in college, and it works nearly as well as the $$$ ones I’ve tested in my eight years as a beauty editor.

All that said, I’m surprised more people aren’t snagging the amazing hair tool deals at TJ Maxx and Marshalls. For starters, did you even know you can shop the brands online? They have a really wide assortment, with brands like CHI, Bio Ionic, Foxy Bae, and more. There are curling irons, wavers, blow dryers, flat irons, you name it.

And the deals are a lot better than what I’ve seen for Amazon Prime Day. The cool thing is, TJ Maxx and Marshalls don’t do markdowns, so you don’t have to race to get these sales the way you do on Amazon. But keep in mind that they always have limited quantities, so there’s a high risk of selling out (so if you want something, don’t wait too long).
