Former Bravolebrity Jax Taylor is making headlines for recent relationship drama after he was spotted kissing Lori Krebs during a vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. ICYMI, Lori formerly represented Jax and his ex-wife, Brittany Cartwright, as their publicist for several years, and he denied cheating during their marriage numerous times before they officially called it quits in 2024.

According to court documents obtained by The Los Angeles Times, Brittany and Jax’s official date of separation was January 24, 2024. Brittany also revealed she moved out of their house and temporarily put herself up in an Airbnb amid their split.
February 2024
Brittany shared that she and Jax called it quits a month later during the February 29 episode of their When Reality Hits podcast, saying, “Yes, marriages in general are very hard, and I’ve had a particularly rough year this past year. Jax and I are taking time apart, and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for the sake of my mental health.”
She continued, “I’m taking one day at a time. I don’t know what the future holds, but right now my focus is on being the best mom to Cruz.”

During The Valley premiere party, Jax claimed that he and Brittany still see each other daily, despite her moving out. He also debunked cheating rumors. (I must admit, it seems like he’s telling on himself in retrospect.)
“We’re just having a little communication issues right now. That’s all, there’s nothing else,” he told E! News at the time. “There’s no cheating. There’s no infidelity anywhere. It’s just communication. I know it’s shocking, but people sometimes just don’t get along and that’s life.”

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen, Brittany shared more information about her and Jax’s split and confirmed she moved out of their house and into an Airbnb. When asked if there was infidelity in their relationship, Brittany said, “Not that I’m aware of.”
Brittany and Jax attended the White House Correspondents’ Dinner separately, where he doubled down and debunked rumors that he cheated with Lori.
“Oh, that, not again. That was all just hearsay, and it’s just a shame that that happened,” Jax told ET at the time. “But yeah, no, nothing happened there.”

Jax rang in his birthday on July 11, and according to screenshots posted by fan accounts, Lori celebrated with him and called him “baby” on her Instagram Stories.
Two days later, TMZ published pics of Jax and Lori packing on PDA at a Mexican resort. Sources also told the outlet that Brittany “decided to cut ties with Lori on Monday after learning about the photos TMZ obtained showing Lori and Jax snuggled up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.”
A separate source told Page Six of Brittany’s reaction to the pics, “She’s feeling betrayed by Lori more than Jax because she doesn’t expect much from him at this point. When the Jax-Lori rumors first started swirling two years ago, Brittany chose to believe Lori that nothing was going on. She continued to work with her and trust her, and this is how Lori repays her?”
They added, “Lori has always inserted herself into moments that should be about her clients—like photo opps and red carpets—but this time, she inserted herself into her clients’ divorce and crossed a line she cannot come back from.”
There’s still no confirmation on whether Jax and Lori hooked up when rumors first surfaced in 2024, but Lori, who also previously repped Bachelor Nation alumni like Adam Wells and Hannah Godwin, has seemingly deactivated her Instagram account in the wake of the scandal.
