9 unicorn cocktails that are magically delicious
Better than a Unicorn Frappuccino.
If you are what you eat, there's a good chance most of us are unicorns by now, because unicorn food has practically taken over our lives. Unicorn Frappuccinos, unicorn cake, unicorn pasta and now, unicorn cocktails. Here are 11 boozy takes on the unicorn trend and they taste as magical as they look.
Coconut Unicorn
Rim a highball glass with pink edible glitter. Fill with ice, and add 6 oz coconut water and 2 oz Captain Morgan LocoNut. Stir with a straw or spoon, and drizzle 1/4 oz grenadine over the cocktail so it rests at the bottom. Finish it off by drizzling 1/4 oz Curacao Liqueur. Garnish with a rainbow lollipop for a horn.
Unicorn Cosmo
Dip a martini glass into water, and rim with edible glitter and add one handful of cotton candy. In a shaker filled with ice, add equal parts grape juice and vodka. Shake, and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a rainbow candy cane.

The Lavender Unicorn
In a highball glass, add 1 1/5 oz Elit Vodka, 3/4 oz lavender honey syrup, 2 oz sparkling water, and 2 drops Butterfly Pea Tea Extract. Slowly add 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, and watch the colour change.
The Unicorn Soda
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 1/2 oz Smirnoff No. 21and 3 oz soda. Shake, and pour into a glass. Garnish with edible flowers and sprinkles.
Unicorn Cosmo
Dip a Champagne flute into water, and rim a glass with edible glitter. Add three scoops of sherbet, 1 1/2 oz vodka, 11/2 oz Champagne, and garnish with rock candy.

The Pink Boba Unicorn
Rim a glass with pink edible glitter, and fill with 1 cup Campari-infused Tapioca Boba. In a shaker, add 1/2 oz Campari, 2 1/5 black tea, 1 oz milk, and 1/2 oz Grand Marnier. Shake and strain into rimmed glass.
To make Campari-infused Tapioca Boba, boil plain boba for 30 minutes. Drain from pot and let steep in a mixture of 1 cup Campari and 1/3 cup sugar.
The Fluffy Unicorn
In a glass, add a pouf of cotton candy. Pour in 4 oz of Champagne. Garnish with a smaller pouf of cotton candy for a cloud-like effect.

Unicorn Tears Rosé
In an ice tray, add 1 teaspoon of sprinkles to each square tray and top with rosé. Let freeze overnight, and then add frozen rosé ice cubes to a glass of champagne.

The Unicorn Rainbow
In a measuring cup, add 6 drops of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, or purple food colouring (only use one colour per tray). Pour into a silicone ice-cube tray, and repeat until you've made one ice cube for every colour.
After the ice has frozen, place into a Collins glass in the following order: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red. Lightly shake Absolut with mint leaves and ice, pouring into the glass with the rainbow ice cubes. Top with seltzer.
