Wahaca offer a fully vegan menu, with delights including the Mexican falafel tacos, black bean and vegan cheese nachos, as well as the Mushroom enchiladas (and guac, of course!) Yum.

3Nando's
There are quite a lot of options at Nando's, providing you specify what you do and don't want. Order the veggie wrap/burger/pitta without the mayo, the new Imitator burger (which features plant-based chicken) and of course, vegan PERi-naise.
4Cafe Rouge
To celebrate the new year, Cafe Rouge announced the release of their Vegan Afternoon Tea. The treat features a baguette filled with grilled vegetables and tomato tapenade; fruit scones with jam and non-dairy spread, and some delightful desserts - mini rhubarb & ginger crumble pots, carrot & pistachio cake slices, plus Billionaire Bars covered in rich salted toffee and chocolate ganache. Wow.

ZizziHello Veganuary, Hello Zizzi. The restaurant announced the addition of a Vegan Pumpkin & Sage Tortelloni to their menu this month, which joins the Jackfruit Italian Hot pizza, Lentil Linguine Ragu and so many more options. Yum.
6Patty & Bun
Patty & Bun has just released an incredible, fully vegan plant-based 'Pamela' burger. As well as a meat-like Patty made from plant protein, the Pamela includes vegan bacon from This, vegan cheddar, white onions, pickles, tomato and lettuce. This' vegan chicken nuggets are now also available in all Patty & Bun restaurants, too. And FYI, if you can't make it to a P&B, you can now get This Isn't Bacon from Holland & Barrett stores (and it's only £2.79!)

7Bella Italia
Bella Italia have expanded their vegan menu, and the new offerings sounds completely delicious. We're talking Pollo Pesto (pasta, onion, red peppers and pachino tomatoes in a basil pesto sauce), Pizza Vesuvio (roast peppers, onion, fresh green chilli) and Cookie Dough Al Forno (cookie dough with a melting middle, topped with vanilla gelato and caramel sauce).
8Papa John's
Papa John's is launching a non-dairy alternative for vegan and dairy-free diners following a petition last year.
A spokesperson said: "We were pleased to see the positive response to the recent vegan cheese alternative petition, as this is currently an area that we are developing, and hoping to roll out in the not-so-distant future."

Yo! Sushi has just refreshed its whole menu, and now offer a lot more vegan options such as the Shitake Mushroom Ramen, Pumpkin Katsu Curry and Inari Tofu Taco as well as vegan-friendly desserts like the Chocolate Pot and salted caramel Japanese Cheesecake. We want it all.

Pho CafePho is launching a fully vegan Christmas menu this December, featuring Vietnamese noodles, hot and spicy soups, and spring rolls. Oh, and the important bit? Even their Prosecco is vegan, soooo... See you there?

Gourmet Burger Kitchen's new ‘Jack-in-a-bun’ burger features a homemade butternut squash and quinoa patty, beetroot mayo, and Korean pulled jackfruit. It's then topped with pickled onions and rocket, served in a sourdough bun. Oh GOD we want this in and around our mouths.

Pizza Express has added three new vegan options to its menu: the Puttanesca Romana (jackfruit, tomatoes, olives, capers, red onion and vegan mozzarella), Peperonata (penne pasta, passata, garlic, roasted mix peppers, rocket) and a carrot cake. These join the already extensive vegan offerings.

GUYS, Wagamama is doing a Vegan Katsu Curry! Sharing a picture on Instagram, the chain wrote, "The rumours are true. vegan katsu curry has arrived. Introducing the vegatsu, from our new summer menu. By Chloe, the vegan fast food chain with several restaurants across the US, is launching in Covent Garden, London, in January 2018. Their burgers have previously named the best veggie burgers in New York, and by the look of the Instagram feed, we'll be queueing round the block for them.

The menu at Carluccio's clearly outlines their vegan options, including a tomato and basil spaghetti, sautéed mushrooms, Carluccio's salad and a Sicilian aubergine stew.

The Diner is launching their first all vegan/vegetarian menu, serving everything from vegan pancakes to a dirty burrito and dairy-free mac 'n' cheese.

19Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut us trialling a vegan cheese option throughout the UK for an eight week period, to see if the meat-free alternative is popular.
"We can confirm that trials for a vegan cheese pizza are set to start in October", a spokesperson told The Independent. "Pop down to our stores in Bluewater, Canterbury, Chatham, Crawley and Thanet from October 11th [to Sunday 26th November] to give it a go!"
