Biscoff iced coffee
Lotus Biscoff spread in iced lattes? Why haven’t we been doing this our entire lives?!

It’s officially iced coffee weather! Saying that we’ve had plenty of iced lattes during blizzards and thunderstorms, we love them that much. This Biscoff one is truly delicious.

Ingredients
- Ice
- 100 ml milk alternative of your choice
- 1 tsp. espresso-style instant coffee
- 100 ml boiling water
- 1 heaped tbsp Biscoff spread
- squirty cream (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 Biscoff biscuits, one crumbled
Directions
- Step 1Fill a heat-safe glass with ice and pour over the milk alternative. In another glass or mug stir together the instant coffee with the boiling water. Add the Biscoff spread, stirring for 2 minutes until dissolved.
- Step 2Pour the Biscoff coffee mixture into the glass with the milk. If you’d like, top the glass with some whipped cream and crumble over a Biscoff biscuit. Finish with a paper straw and serve.
