Negroni ice lollies
We're obsessed with this super-simple, freeze-able Negroni recipe

Guys, we had to leave out the gin in these as they wouldn't freeze because of all of the booze! But don't worry, the blood orange juice mixed with sweet red vermouth and Campari works just as well.
Swap the orange juice for red grapefruit or all cranberry, if you like.

Ingredients
- 150 ml blood orange juice
- 150 ml cranberry juice
- 30 sweet red vermouth, such as Martini Rosso
- 30 ml Campari
Directions
- Step 1Stir together all of the ingredients and divide between 4 ice lolly moulds.
- Step 2Insert the ice lolly sticks and freeze for at least 8hrs or overnight. To release from the moulds, dip the plastic base into a sink of hot water for 30 seconds and gently squeeze the sides to loosen.
