Margarita ice lollies
Anyone for a Marg ice pop?

One word to describe these boozy lollies: punchy! If you're using flaky sea salt, serve immediately (as the salt can melt the ice). For some colour, mix a little grated lime zest into the salt.

Ingredients
- 125 ml lime juice, about 4 or 5 limes
- 150 ml simple syrup simple syrup
- 50 ml Cointreau
- 25 ml silver tequila
- Flaky sea salt, to serve
Directions
- Step 1Stir together all of the ingredients and divide between 4 ice lolly moulds.
- Step 2Insert the ice lolly sticks and freeze for at least 8hrs or overnight. To release from the moulds, dip the plastic base into a sink of hot water for 30 seconds and gently squeeze the sides to loosen.
