It's January. The weather's rubbish. We're skint. And we're desperately wishing it was summer already. Thankfully Magnum is on the same vibe, after they announced the release of the first ever pink ruby chocolate ice-cream on a stick. We need.

Hot on the heels of Costa's pink hot chocolate, Magnum announced their new pink ice-cream joining the line up. Speaking of the new product, they say, "The innovative new ice cream is sumptuously coated in the recently discovered fourth type of chocolate, and the biggest recent innovation in the chocolate world, Ruby.

"With velvety white chocolate ice cream, a luscious raspberry sauce swirl and Magnum’s signature cracking Ruby couverture chocolate, what’s not to love?"

Apparently, Ruby chocolate is not bitter, milky or sweet, and actually tastes unlike any chocolate you've had before. Ooooh.

The ice-cream is available in stores throughout the UK now, and you can get your hands on a pack of 3 for £3.69, a mini pack of 6 for £3.89 or a single stick for £2.00.
