If you hadn't noticed, blue is hotting up to be one of the biggest colours of 2026. The colour has popped up all over the high street, the Autumn/Winter 2026 shows thus far, and at last night's Super Bowl Half Time Show courtesy of Lady Gaga.

For her cameo during Bad Bunny's powerful performance, Mother Monster wore a pleated, powder blue gown by New York-based label Luar. Accented by pillar-box red shoes and a matching flower corsage, this look is going to be high on our wedding guest outfit moodboard come the Spring/Summer season.

But don't wait until then to tap into the pastel colour trend. If you don't have access to custom created gowns, then check out this midi skirt from Zara which comes in at under £40. The pleated design could easily be worn with boots, tights and a chunky knitted jumper until the weather gets warmer.
