Unless you managed to miss all the Met Gala updates on Monday (in which case I'd ask how, those pics were everywhere) you probably saw Kim Kardashian working her wet-look beaded dress. And you also probably noticed that her waist was looking even more improbably teeny tiny than usual.
Turns out there's a reason for that. The KUWTK star wore a corset underneath her silicone Thierry Mugler dress, and my tiny brain can't even begin to contemplate how she managed to cinch so much. Like, there's definitely no way she went to the toilet all night.
Anyway, Vogue - who hosted the fashion event - has kindly shared a video of Kim at one of her fittings, and it turns out Kim had some major help getting into the gown. Seriously; it took three adult men to do up the corset:
And once she was laced up, Kim admitted that there was no way she'd be able to sit down properly. In the video, she jokes, “I feel like we can go tighter” and then says, “Anna, if I don’t sit down for dinner, now you know why” before attempting to sit down in the dress and failing.

Note the moment when she speaks about her first-ever Met Gala, explaining: "My first Met year, I was just his [Kanye's] plus-one. I wasn’t really invited yet. This year [Kanye said], ‘I'm just your plus-one. You’re the cover girl and I’m your plus-one, so I’ll just kind of fade out in the background and be your date and let you shine.' I used to dream about this night.”
