The premise of Too Hot To Handle involves 10 single contestants spending four weeks under one roof in a luxury villa in Mexico. The experience was sold to them as being the "most exotic and erotic summer of their lives", but there's a twist because there's always a twist.
In reality, the contestants aren't allowed to engage in any sexual behaviour whatsoever. That means "no kissing, no heavy petting, and no self-gratification of any kind."
