Selling Sunset season seven is now streaming on Netflix, with the ever dramatic reunion, hosted by Tan France, also dropping on the platform. As usual, it's stuffed full of more million dollar properties, tense conversations and some very shady moments for our favourite realtors.
Chrishell Stause found herself at the centre of the drama again, while the likes of Amanza and Chelsea also causing chaos at The Oppenheim Group. As a result, we're already looking ahead and wondering if the agents will be returning for an eighth series of the iconic reality show. So is there going to be a season eight of Selling Sunset on Netflix? Here's what you need to know.
What is the release date of Selling Sunset season 8?
It's the good news we've been waiting for as Netflix just casually revealed Selling Sunset is back for season eight in just a matter of weeks.
Mark your calendars for 6th September as that's when the new season will be dropping on the streaming platform. Netflix confirmed the season's release date with a full trailer drop, and the trailer also confirmed Bre will be returning for season eight after all and also introduces a brand new cast member too.

When was Selling Sunset season 8 been confirmed?
Good news, people: it's happening! At the end of Selling Sunset season seven, the agents took part in a reunion, with Chrishell revealing at the end of the show that another season was officially on the cards.
"We are actually going back into production very soon," Chrishell said, to which host Tan France replied, "You're willing to do that again?"
She joked back, "Pray for us, please."
Elsewhere in the franchise, Selling The OC, which is the Selling Sunset spin-off series focused on the Oppenheim agents in Orange County, has also been renewed for season three.

One cast member we're not sure on is Heather Rae Young, who, ahead of season seven revealed she had not been asked back for filming.
"Season seven is filming right now, but I've been off [on] maternity leave and I've been excited to get back to work, and so far I have not been called back," she said on E! News. "It's been a little frustrating. So [I'm] not sure what's been going on," Heather added.
However, in an interview with Cosmopolitan UK, fellow cast member Bre Tiesi revealed Heather is in a few episodes but does not feature in the whole season.
As Heather was on maternity leave for the majority of season seven, does this mean there will be opportunity for season eight? We're keeping our fingers crossed.
What might happen in Selling Sunset season 8?
Judging by Chrishell's comments at the Selling Sunset season 7 reunion, they haven't actually started filming the next episodes, so it's hard to know for sure what might happen.
But based on the fact she and Nicole Young told each other they hated each other during the reunion, we can assume it will feature more of their feud, as well as Chrishell's fall out with Amanza.
As ever we would expect to see plenty of dramatic outfits, shady feuds and some million dollar sales from the Oppenheim Group agents, while it's unknown whether Bre Teisi will return after she suggested her time at the agency was possibly over in the season seven finale.
