Khloé Kardashian has opened up about being sued by a US singer, and the reason behind it is *so* bizarre. Since Khloé first spoke out on Instagram, the musician - Chezney McGoat - has now withdrawn his lawsuit.

We know the Kardashian-Jenners have found themselves in some pretty baffling situations over the years, as broadcast in Keeping Up With The Kardashians and now new reality show The Kardashians - from the family's bizarre pranks, to Kris Jenner's pet monkey.

However, Khloé's latest update is truly strange, with the 38-year-old discussing being sued over a video of her doing goat yoga, though the lawsuit has now been withdrawn.

Khloé opened up to fans in an Instagram Story, sharing a screenshot of an email including details of the lawsuit. The claim centred around a 2018 YouTube video which Khloé filmed with comedian Kevin Hart where the pair participated in a goat yoga class - with the claimant saying the video caused them "emotional distress".

Told you this one was bizarre. The email in Khloé's initial Instagram Story reads: "We're writing up a lawsuit against Khloé filed by singer [redacted] in Tennessee. He's claiming emotional distress after watching her participate in goat yoga. He wants $5,0000 [sic]."

Reacting to the situation, Khloé jokingly asked followers, "How should I respond?" drawing up a poll of options: "Send him a goat to calm his distress. Counter sue - now I'm distressed. Start a goat yoga business."

However, singer Chezney McGoat has since withdrawn his claim. Lawyers for the musician shared a statement from McGoat with Cosmopolitan UK:

"My emotional state has been on a rollercoaster. From seeing the photos/images of these celebrities participating in goat yoga and knowing what it all means behind the scenes, to then having Khloé Kardashian make my feelings into a joke, which caused me to be bullied online by people I don't even know. I am withdrawing my legal case as a way to just calm my own mental state at this time. I hope though these celebrities and bullies educate themselves more about how goat yoga is a huge problem and inhumane. Whether you participate or stand on the sidelines, if you don't speak out, you are a part of the problem. Animals are not our entertainment, and their lives are just as valuable as any human's. I am excited to get back to changing the world through the words of my music and entertain people instead of the goats. October is National Bullying Prevention Month - let's all do better to each other and the animals on this planet!"

Khloé is yet to publicly comment further on the situation.
