This is not a drill: Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have gone Instagram official with a series of pictures together, not only that but there's also *just a little* PDA too. Clearly, this is a huge step in the Kar-Davidson love story.

Kim and Pete's relationship has been rumoured for a number of months, and it's been some time since they were first seen out together holding hands. But despite the fact that we've been lovingly third-wheeling on the relationship since late last year, the pair have yet to go Instagram official. Well, the day has finally come.

In a series of pictures posted to Kim's Instagram not only has the couple gone official, but there's also a romantic caption and there's PDA. Although, the first image in the series is just of Kim, so if you didn't take the time to scroll you may well have missed it.

Once we've got past the stun-but-not-the-point first pic, the second image in the series shows Kim and Pete looking pretty cosy on the floor together while sharing a romantic air kiss. Meanwhile, the fourth shows the pair of them posing for a black and white selfie together.

The caption on the post reads, "Whose car are we gonna take?!" referencing Ben Affleck's 2010 film The Town, and specifically a scene between Affleck and Jeremy Renner where the pair demonstrate their unwavering trust and loyalty to each other. We see what you did there Kim!

Obviously, this being the first snap of the pair together on Kim's Instagram - and an intimate one at that - the comments were absolutely flooded within minutes of the post appearing.

"She posted Pete 😍😍 well it’s very official," one fan wrote, while another commented, "Okay instagram OFFICIAL 😍😍😍, and a third said, "BAE ON THE GRAM."
