The Kardashians' new Hulu show is almost here and while we've been busy revising our (already extensive) Kar-Jenner knowledge, it looks like we actually should have been scrubbing up on our mental arithmetic instead... In a recent explosive interview Khloé Kardashian spoke out about the family's rumoured nine-figure paycheck for their new reality series, and revealed whether all the sister are being paid the same.

First things first, you've likely seen the Kardashians all over your feed this morning, mainly thanks to their latest mega-interview with Variety, in which they touched on some big topics, from Kylie's new baby Wolf to Kim's relationship with Pete Davidson.

In the interview, which featured Kim, Kris, Khloé and Kourtney, the family also spoke about the rumoured nine-figure deal they signed for their new reality show with Hulu, with Khloé clarifying a few things.

While the Kardashians themselves wouldn't comment on the nine-figure rumour (which comes from an insider according to Variety ), Kris was clear that they would not pretend money isn't a big part of the work the family does.

"Well, money always matters," she said, adding, "I think that anybody would be foolish to say that money doesn’t matter anymore."

Meanwhile, Khloé explained why money matters so much in the context of reality TV and particularly their new Hulu show.

"It definitely played a factor because we give so much of our personal lives up for entertainment," she explained. "We always have our private family conversations, and we're pretty brutal, me and my sisters, with what we will settle for or not settle for. But not all money is good money. It has to be a good fit, and Hulu was just the perfect fit for us."

Khloé also clarified that every family member is paid the same for their part in the show, stating "we are all equals," however she added that when it comes to negotiations the sisters never get involved, with mum Kris taking the lead, "She fights like a pit bull," Khloé joked.

Nine figures? We can't even comprehend what that looks like, but I guess it's enough for Kris to invest in a few more pasta bowls for her infamous designer plate room...
