As the Kardashian-Jenners go Instagram clapbacks are standard practice, and Khloé Kardashian is probably the master of all social media comebacks, a title she has proved herself worthy of in her latest response to a fan on Twitter who suggested she could be pregnant.
The fan tweeted after Khloé posted a series of pictures to Instagram and Twitter showing her dressed as Egyptian queen Cleopatra for Halloween. On Instagram the pictures shows Khloé posing in her costume followed by a picture of her with Tristan dressed as Roman military man Mark Anthony, and two-year-old True who is also dressed in ancient Roman costume. Khloé captioned the post, "Cleopatra. Mark Antony. Royal Highness True," along with several crown emojis. Meanwhile on Twitter, she left out the picture of her with Tristan and True and just posted pictures showing her outfit.
On Instagram the post has attracted over 13,000 comments, several of which asking whether this means Khloé and Tristan are officially back together or if they're still simply co-parenting True. But seemingly in response to the family picture, one person tweeted, "still convinced @khloekardashian is going to tell us in a couple months that she’s pregnant," and it didn't take Khloé long to respond to the follower with the perfect clapback.
Replying to the tweet directly, Khloé said, "Well my abs say otherwise babe."
Khloé has a proven track record of shooting down speculative Instagram comments. Just last month she responded to followers who criticised her, saying her appearance keeps changing. In response Khloé posted a picture of herself to Instagram with the caption, "I think I’m out of F**ks to give," which seemingly addressed the accusations from fans.
Earlier this year body confidence influencer Alex Light spoke out in Khloé's defence after a tweet showing the difference in her appearance on Instagram and in real life went viral. Alex made the excellent point that above all else, it's important to show kindness on the internet – something that many seem to forgo when it comes to famous faces.
The all-important moral of the story is that Khloé is, and will always be, the reigning monarch when it comes to social media clapbacks.
