Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are threatening legal action against someone called Kimberly Alexander, who reportedly claimed Tristan is the father of her child in a blog on 'gossipofthecity'.

According to E!, Khloe and Tristan’s lawyer, Marty Singer, confirmed the basketball player took a paternity test to determine if he was the child's father, and it came back negative. The lawyer claims Kimberly then allegedly insisted he take another one, which Tristan agreed to do, but that she wasn't happy with the outcome.

In a cease and desist letter, Singer explained:

“After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child’s father, we thought that would be the end of this. Instead, you have continued to spread outrageous lies about my clients, including ridiculous fictional conspiracy theories that you conjured up claiming that my clients supposedly somehow falsified the paternity test results since members of the Kardashian family had previously used the same trustworthy lab.”

As well as telling Kimberly that her actions are "defamatory," the lawyer also said the couple will take legal action and hit Kimberly with "multimillion-dollar claims", unless she takes down the "outrageous damaging posts about my clients".

Wow. That went from 0 - 100 real quick.

The legal suit comes as Khloe was force to responds to trolls over rumours she was pregnant with Tristan Thompson's second child. She slammed haters as "disgusting", "sick" and "hurtful". It's been a dramatic 24 hours for Khlistan, huh?
