Khloe Kardashian has mostly used cryptic quotes on Instagram Stories to tell us how she’s feeling post-Tristan Thompson break-up. But praise be: she has now actually spoken about the fallout from the Tristan and Jordyn Woods cheating fiasco with actual words from her actual mouth.While speaking on the Divorce Sucks! podcast, the 34-year-old opened up about the difficulties of co-parenting her one-year-old daughter True with Tristan, 27.
“It does f*king suck because our personal emotions are still in there.”
She continued, “So those emotions can be heightened at times, but I do everything in my power — True is one and, like, a month old — so she doesn’t really know what’s happening, but to me she does know and she feels energy and I’m a big believer of that.
“I do everything in my power to not put just any sort of heavy energy around her. Maybe that sounds are a little too bohemian to some people.”
Khloe also spoke about her reasons for inviting Tristan to True’s first birthday party back in April.
She said, “I didn’t do it because I thought she was going to remember this first party… but I know she’s going to want to look back at all of her childhood memories like we all do… and I want to give her the same thing.”
Finally, Khloe said that Tristan is a “great person”, and she knows he loves and cares about baby True.
She sure as hell is a better person than me…
