Game of Thrones followers have noticed something rather confusing about the geography of King's Landing in the new season.

The home of the Iron Throne is usually dominated by mountain ranges and creeps out into the ocean, but during the latest episode ('The Last Of The Starks') it appears as though the whole setting has altered.

Taken from a Reddit thread created by user 'DomingerUndead', several fans of the fantasy epic are up in arms about this visual inconsistency.

"Wth? King's Landing is landlocked now. Jesus Christ. Like the red keep isn't even on the water in that map anymore," one fan wrote, whilst another added: "The Battle of the Blackwater was just a myth. I mean, look, do you see any water? No, I didn't think so."

Maybe the frostbitten events in the North have also been matched by a severe drought in the South? Unlikely, but you never know.

Meanwhile, Thrones actress Nathalie Emmanuel has discussed her character Missandei's big moment in episode 4.

She opened up about her scene, explaining that she thought it was "fantastic".

"I just wanted it to be really cool and a moment that people remember and I feel like they really give me that moment," she said.
