- The eldest sister celebrated with a naked cake (yes really), and a very daring dress and a whole bunch of flowers.
If there's one thing the Kardashians know how to do better than most (to be honest, there are a lot of things, but now's not the time to go into that) it's throw a massive party - so of course, we expected nothing less than perfection for Kourtney's 40th.
The eldest Kardashian sister turned 4-0 yesterday (April 18th), and celebrated by hosting all of her family and friends at a massive bash in her honour.
In true Kardashian style, she wore a naked vintage Versace dress that you really have to see to believe. Luckily, we can help out with some video evidence of that thigh split:
Aside from the obvious, like dresses, there were plenty of subtle details that really made the party extra. For example, napkins that read "Kim, there are people that and dying" and "most interesting to look at," which is honestly genius.
There was even champagne bottles with Kourtney's face on, and a cake featuring her naked with a thong tan line.
Apparently the party had lots of rules, including "No speeches, mom is not allowed to cry, if my mom cries I have to somehow shuttle her out, and we're not allowed to say what age it is. No balloons." Which seems odd, since there were actually loads of balloons:
Of course, all the sisters showed up looking amazing.
Just last week, Kourtney's sister Khloe hosted a pastel-themed first birthday party for her daughter True. Less champagne, more balloons... but equal amounts of jealousy from us.
And earlier in the year, Kylie held what is possibly the most impressive party of all time for her daughter Stormi's first birthday party.
