Khloé Kardashian's recent weight loss has sparked concern amongst her family, particularly from sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

In the most recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian told Khloé that the Jenner sisters had raised concern over how she's been coping with with drama in her family life. To recap, last year it was revealed that Khloé's on-again-off-again partner, Tristan Thompson, had fathered a child with another woman. The news broke just days after the couple started the process of expanding their family through a surrogate.

"You look very skinny," Kim – who recently came under fire for her own comments on weight loss – said to Khloé. "I will say that Kendall and Kylie, not that I’m trying to out them, but they did text me and say that they were a little concerned for you because you’re really skinny."

Kim continued: "I said, 'I think she’s a bit stressed'."

In response, mum-of-two Khloé admitted that she was surprised to hear that her sisters were concerned about her weight loss, but Kim reassured her that she'd quelled Kendall and Kylie's worries. "I said, 'No guys, she’s fine'," Kim added. "I said, 'You absolutely have every right to be concerned, but I’m telling you she’s fine'."

Later in the conversation, Kim – who recently split with boyfriend Pete Davidson – asked how Khloé was handling her breakup. "It’s a lot but I just like to isolate and deal with things on my own," the Good American founder replied. "Everyone has problems, so why would I bring it to everyone? You’ve just got to deal with that."

In a confessional, Khloé continued: "Going through what I went through with Tristan was incredibly hard. The hardest part about it all is training yourself to un-love someone. This was my life for six years and we weren’t just a couple, we genuinely were best friends. He was my work out buddy, we did all these things together."
