We all know that while social media has a tonne of plus points (hello, memes and finding communities where you feel you belong), there's also a lot of negativity floating about online too: namely, trolls.

Why anybody would ever deliberately want to go out of their way to send somebody a cruel message, or post a nasty comment, is beyond us – but it certainly happens. However, one body confidence influencer, Olivia Callaghan, who goes by the name of Self Love Liv, had the perfect response to the people who've sent abuse her way: she decided to read out some of the messages she's received, which range from being told to lose weight to being called a "fat bitch", and poked fun at them by casually recording the video in her underwear, whilst eating a bag of Space Raiders. Liv, you are an icon.

Liv captioned her post, "(I rarely get messages like this anymore and I’m so grateful for your constant support and love!) As a ‘fat bitch’ I every now and then get a horrifically abusive message on my weight. And here’s the honest truth. I really couldn’t give a single shit. I’m too busy making moves, trying to help other people feel more accepted, and thriving in myself. Keep ‘em coming ya gal needs content!"

We honestly can't even express how much we're totally here for this type of clapback.

The message seems to have resonated with her 113,000 followers too, with one (@metal_mouth_at_30) writing underneath how happy she thinks Liv looks. "I wish I looked like you! You LOOK so happy and content with your life. That’s all that’s important. That’s the “look” I’m trying to achieve. You LOOK glowing and satisfied. Without sounding like a creep, your beauty within shines through!"

Our favourite part of the video has to be where Liv reads out a message saying "Lose some weight", and very casually eye rolls at it, citing her busy schedule as the reason why she's very happy exactly how she is right now, thank you very much, and can't fit weight loss into her schedule.

Everyone's clicking on...

Olivia, who is always a beacon of positivity on social media, is known for sharing honest and inspiring content around body confidence and mental health, alongside a dose of plus size fashion.

Well done on putting those trolls in their place, Liv!
