If you're still not totally sure about committing to a shiny new fitness tracker and are looking for something a bit more budget-friendly (we hear ya!), an older Fitbit model - the Versa 2 - is also a promising option.
It offers many of the great features that the Versa 3 does, such as step-tracking, calorie-recording and voice control, although the GPS function still relies on having your phone nearby (so you'd need to keep it with you whilst out on a run or during a bike ride still).
