Kim Kardashian is one of the most famous women on the planet, and there's not a day that goes by when the internet doesn't mention her. From her business endeavours (she recently launched a new skincare line, SKKN by Kim) to her Paris Fashion Week Balenciaga runway debut, there's always *plenty* to talk about when it comes to the 41-year-old reality star.

But she's made headlines this time as she got candid about the work she's had done over the years. In a recent cover interview with Allure magazine, the beauty mogul set the record straight about the cosmetic procedures she's undergone in the past, right up to the present day.

After admitting she's had "a little bit of Botox", but claiming that she's "chilled, actually", Kim went on to address rumours of whether she'd ever had lip or cheek fillers. "No filler. Never filled either one, ever," she said. Well that's settled, then.

Kim added: "I’ve never done anything. I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips." The Kardashians star then discussed her go-to "laser treatments" that she usually does "late at night after everyone's in bed" after she professed how important it is to her to look good.

"I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good," she said. "I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above."

However, Kim also noted that she's "at peace with not being perfect," and that she's learned to accept age. "I hate my hands — they’re wrinkly and gross. But I’ve lived life and I’ve changed so many diapers with these hands and I’ve snuggled my babies with these hands, so I’m okay with them," she added.

Everyone's clicking on...

And after directly addressing getting older, the SKIMS CEO admitted that she'll still "strive for perfection", but "you get to a point where you’re like, 'Okay, my health is more important than anything else.'"

Wise words, Kimberly.
