If, like me, you'll happily lose countless hours in a YouTube black hole, chances are, you'll be all too familiar with Tarte's Shape Tape. The concealer has become one of the most talked about makeup products since... well, ever. Countless beauty influencers have hailed the concealer a holy grail, from Jeffree Star to James Charles and Tati Westbrook to Zoella.
So, how does a concealer become a worldwide phenomena? It's all down to the formula, according to the beauty gurus. Apparently, the highly-pigmented, creamy liquid applies easily, delivering full coverage without caking. It sounds pretty awesome to me, but does it live up to the YouTube hype?
As with all weird-but-wonderful beauty products, we put the Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer to the test in our Beauty Lab YouTube Series - which, if you're new to these parts, is where we test out all kinds of amazing makeup, hair and skin care products out on camera.

Check out the video above to see what we really thought of the concealer (and whether we're jumping on the YouTuber hype).
Oh, and if you're into all things beauty, go subscribe to our YouTube channel now, because whatever product you're debating buying this month, chances are, we'll be testing it out on camera.
