While Kim Cattrall's Samantha Jones doesn't appear in the Sex and the City reboot, And Just Like That, there's no denying her character's forever legacy. After all, she did put the 'sex' in the world-renowned franchise, not to mention her added dose of glamour and much-appreciated relatability.
And today, through the power of a brand new (or should we say, old?) hairstyle – coming to us via Samantha's IRL counterpart, Kim – we're reminded of why no love story could ever supersede the one in which Samantha was the subject of her own affection... I mean, beauty well-being (read: a pamper day) is the first sign of self-care, didn't you know?
As the great once said: "I love you, but I love me more."
Now, prepare to be transported back to circa 1989 with one piecey fringe haircut:
Shown in the above snap, which has been shared by the actor's hairstylist, Ryan Trygstad on his Instagram Story, Kim is serving nostalgia to a T with her character's signature eyebrow grazing 'do. And of course, this goes without saying but she hasn't aged one single day!
As one fan puts it in the comments section, she is "glowing!!!"
Everyone's clicking on...
Though, ensuring not to date the look, Kim and Ryan have added a modern twist to the classic hairstyle with the mid-length loose curl.
IDK about you but we're almost certain Samantha would be all for this transformation. How couldn't she be?!
Long live Sammy Joe.
