Kendall Jenner is known for being the most stripped-back Kar-Jenner sister when it comes to glam, and her latest care-free half-up style worn on a bouji winter trip to Aspen with Kylie poses no contradiction.
The sisters' New Year posts could not be a better example of a Leo and a Scorpio's differences. Kylie's first days of 2023 post is filled with celebratory moments with friends and lil Stormi, playing in the snow, fun fashion and fancy cars (I may be a Kylie). Kendall's on the other hand, have not a building or a person in site (though someone must have taken the pictures, surely?) as she escapes people for animals on a snowy horse ride that looks like actual Narnia.
Dressed in rugged leathers, her classic cool girl aesthetic is ever present in this stripped back snowy ranch-babe moment that's not unexpected from her animals > people vibe.
While zooming in to see if she really was wearing as little makeup as the fresh-faced look appeared, it became apparent that what first looks like a classic scruffy bun is actually a half-up half-down twist on the quick and casual style.
Pretty clever really, as you can pull back your un-styled hair and tie it out of the way, while still keeping the comfort of hair down to hide behind and give you some flattering length.
While her hair is half covered in scarves and ear muffs, we can get a better look at the style in some paparazzi shots Kendall re-shared to her own story from the same day.
Everyone's clicking on...
Here, the style looks neater and more intentional, and is probably how it started out, so we've deduced from the hair timeline that Kendall escaped the paps and the crowds of the day to run off into the mountains on a horse and let her hair down a bit.
We get it Kenny.
(Well not from experience, but we can imagine.)
