It's a new day, which means an influx of new celebrity selfies on the 'Gram. And yet again, today's top pic (excluding J-Lo's fire cut-out bodysuit snap) is a makeup-free one – #relatable amirite? Coming to us from the Queen of the poolside, we have Kourtney Kardashian's 'no-makeup glow' look, as she puts it herself.
The mum-of-four took to her Instagram Story (less than 24-hours ago) to share a barefaced golden hour selfie, and it's safe to say that she is glowing... just like younger sister Kim, in her makeup-free post. Though, as entranced as we were by the image itself, instead, what had us ooh'ing and ahh'ing was the reason for the post: Kourtney has finally dropped her no-makeup glow routine – and it's way simpler than you'd think. Now, this is the treasure trove of skincare secrets we've been searching for.
Kourt's wellness website, Poosh, has shared all that there is behind her youthful dewy skin. To start the day, it is said that Kourt uses the The Beauty Chef’s Collagen Inner Beauty Boost, £18, and unlike the usual step one face wash cleanser, this is a product that you can drink. Strengthen your skin from within, right?
Next, before she works out, Kourtney washes her face. Now, for some unfortunate reason, the deets behind what product she uses here were not shared (boo!) but what was shared was the oil cleanser that she uses after a workout (yay!). That product is the Living Libations Best Skin Ever Seabuckthorn Cleanser, £29.
Finally, Kourtney finishes up her skincare routine with the Hora x Poosh Hyaluronic Halo + CBD Serum, $50. Sadly, this is not yet available in the UK but fear not, for we have another of our favourite CBD serums to recommend below.
And there we have it! All the skincare products Kourtney Kardashian uses to radiate a natural glow. Side note: it also says that she eats a lot of avocados which are "high in good-for-you fat, which helps keep your skin healthy and naturally moisturised".
The more you know, hey!
