Vanessa Hudgens just cut all her hair off and now we want a bob

With the stress of the presidential election finally easing for most Americans, it must feel like a real weight has been lifted off their shoulders. And in some cases (we're looking at you, Vanessa Hudgens), literally.

Vanessa has always been open to a bit of hair experimentation in the past. She shared pictures of her natural lockdown curls in March, dyed it red once for Halloween and even got creative with rainbow ends (so beautiful). She's also gone super-short before, cutting her long, dark locks so that they sat just below her jawline.

We love it when a celeb throws caution to the wind and lets someone at them with a pair of scissors. In the last few weeks alone we've seen Jennifer Lopez with a poker-straight bob, Perrie Edwards' new '00s fringe and even Khloé Kardashian ditch the extensions to show followers her natural hair length and texture.

Well, Vanessa obviously feels inspired by her fellow celebs, or at least has fond memories of shorter times, because history has repeated itself (no, she's not dating Zac Efron again) - she's gone for the chop!

She posted a picture on her Instagram Stories and grid to debut the stunning new look, telling fans:

"Soooo she’s short now 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣🤘🏽 @mflyons did hair on Tick Tick Boom and we worked together on Second Act as well. When I wrapped on that she gave me a chop. And now that I wrapped on this, she gave me chop. Kind of a tradition now. Lol anyways. I love it."
