We're very rarely shocked by a celebrity hair transformation here at Cosmo HQ. Over-excited, yes. But seldom shocked.
We've reported from the front (hair)line as celebrities dyed their locks every colour under the sun; from pastel pink, to pumpkin spice, and even a marbled skinhead (good work, Ruby Rose). And let's not forget all the colours of the honey/caramel/toffee spectrum (although we think Kate Middleton and Kylie Jenner wore it best).
Fringe Season™ is also in full swing (literally), with the likes of JLo, Michelle Keegan, Cardi B and Courteney Cox all debuting Xtreme "bangs". Courteney's turned out to be in homage to her Scream 3 character Gail Weathers (it's the shortest fringe we've ever seen), and she wasn't the only celebrity to undergo a jaw-dropping hair transformation for spooky season.
Margot Robbie, known for her icy blonde hair and lived-in roots, just won at Halloween hair switch-ups. And to be honest, we wish it wasn't a wig, because being a red head (with chunky blonde front sections) really suits her...
That's right, Margot dressed up as Ginger Spice circa the '90s, posting a picture on Instagram alongside the caption: "Spice Up Your Life 💥" She posed in a bubble chair, wearing Geri Halliwell's famous Union Jack dress, red PVC platform boots and a very sassy wink.
The look 100% gets our approval, and it also got the approval of Ginger Spice herself, because Geri commented on the post, saying: "Fabulous Margot.. x"
Everyone's clicking on...
Very cool, Geri, but don't pretend you didn't do an excited dance around the room when you first saw it...
