I don't know about you, but lately I've been obsessed with natural and makeup-free celebrity selfies.
Having a glimpse behind the smoke and mirrors of MUAs and expensive foundations has been my bread and butter while on lockdown. Dressed in stained tracksuit bottoms, breaking out, and on third/fourth/fifth-day hair, there's something comforting about knowing famous faces are just like us.
Well, kinda.
In just a few months we've had Perrie Edwards's freckle-baring holiday selfie, Lady Gaga's gorgeous natural outdoor snap, Hayley Kiyoko's glowing make-up free insta story, Jennifer Lopez's serene looking barefaced portrait and Selena Gomez's age-defying selfies.
If you haven't checked them out yet, I suggest doing so, STAT.
Anyway, back to the case in point - KyJen. Here's the thing - we've seen her natural hair, often thrown up into a scrunchie during lockdown, and we're no stranger to her natural-looking selfies with super subtle make-up.
That said, Kylie's so amazing at makeup (remember when she was Kim's MUA for a TV appearance during lockdown?) that it's hard to tell when she's actually makeup-free in a selfie, or just wearing an expertly-applied, super subtle beat.
But our curiosity has finally been sated - Kylie finally shared a before-and-after while doing her glam.
Everyone's clicking on...
Disclaimer: there's still a filter on her before shot, and there's no guarantee she's totally makeup-less here, but from her adorably flushed complexion, it looks like she could be going barefaced.
Anyway the moral of the story is, when you're as blessed as Kylie, it doesn't matter whether you're in full glam or shower-fresh, you're going to look pure fire.
