- Katy Perry has been supporting her recent album, 143, on her Lifetimes Tour, which is set to end on December 7 in Abu Dhabi.
- The singer has a longstanding tradition of getting tattoos to commemorate each tour she’s been on.
- Fans are convinced that Katy may have gotten matching ink with her new flame, former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Katy Perry is celebrating the end of her Lifetimes Tour in a big way. The “California Gurls” singer has continued her longtime tradition of getting matching tattoos with her crew and tourmates as she prepares to wrap up her last few shows across Asia and Abu Dhabi. After eight months on the road, KP revealed in a new Instagram post that she got new ink to commemorate her 143 era.
“Can’t believe it’s already time for The Lifetimes Tour tattoos 🦋 Thank you @bernitattoo for taking care of me and my tour crew today ♥️,” she captioned the carousel, which showed clips of her getting a butterfly wing tattooed on her wrist.
Of course, KatyCats were quick to notice that she had only gotten half of a butterfly wing on her wrist. At the same time, a mystery man had the other half on his—and they’re convinced that the man in question is her new flame/former Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau.
“Who has the other half?” one fan wrote in her comments section, while another theorized, “Omg you and Justin got matching tattoos !! That’s actually so cute I love the design.”
If we had to guess, the mystery arm with the matching ink likely belongs to someone on Katy’s team or crew…especially since she posted a video where she tried her hand at giving someone a tattoo on his wrist.
We’re personally taking the Justin theory with a grain of salt since, he and KP reportedly only started seeing each other in July. But if it happens to be true and they did get matching tats this early on, this gives a whole new meaning to “I’ll love you for life, lifetimes.”
