ICYMI, The Bear actor was linked to “Omega” singer Rosalía late last year after his divorce from Addison Timlin. While he and Rosalía never publicly commented on their ’ship, they shared cigs and strutted down the streets of New York in fashionable coordinating outfits...until he was spotted kissing his The Bear love interest, Molly Gordon, in September 2024.

February 2023

The pair first met when Molly signed on for season 2 of The Bear, where she plays Jeremy’s onscreen love interest, Claire. During a July 2023 interview with Vogue, Molly shared that she and JAW didn’t have a chemistry test for the show; instead, they met for the first time on set.

The show’s creator, Christopher Storer, offered her the role of Claire after they worked on Ramy together. “I texted him how incredible the show was, and I said I would die to be a part of it. I would play a napkin, I would play a cup, whatever. And he, I guess, had thought of me for this role,” Molly told Harper’s Bazaar.

She continued, “One of my favorite moments in my life was when he asked me to be a part of it. I didn’t even know what the character was or like anything about it, so learning that I was going to work opposite Jeremy was like, Jesus Christ. We were still editing Theater Camp, so I would fly once a week to Chicago for a couple days and then fly back to finish the movie and would edit on my computer at night.”

During an interview with Variety, Jeremy praised Molly’s portrayal of Claire on The Bear.

“It was very welcoming to see Claire for Carmy,” he told the publication. “I also think Molly does such an amazing job. She’s so disarming and funny and charming. I think it didn’t allow Carmy to build up his his regular walls. She knocked them down with ease and allowed Carmy to feel cared for, which must have just been so welcomed because I don’t know the last time Carmy would have allowed himself to be cared for.”

Meanwhile, Molly also sang her praises for Jeremy in conversation with Glamour and spoke about their instant connection with each other while shootingThe Bear.

“Once they sent me the scripts and I started reading, I couldn’t believe they would put me in the same room as Jeremy Allen White,” she told the mag. “My slob self? How dare they? I was very nervous because he is such a brilliant actor, and I wanted to live up to his talent. But I trusted that Chris [Storer] knew we would have a nice flow.”

She then detailed the first day they had met each other—which happened to be the refrigerator scene. IYKYK. “The first time I met him, I felt that excitement of meeting an actor that you admire, but I also felt like I had known him for so long. He’s such a generous, available person, whereas you have to pull so many other actors out of their shells,” Molly said of Jeremy. “He was like, ‘I’m in this with you.’ I immediately felt like there was something really good there, and I felt safe in that dynamic. I guess Chris knew.”

The actors win big and pose for pics at the Screen Actors Guild awards in Los Angeles. Jeremy took home the award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series while Molly earned Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series for The Bear.

“Jeremy is such an open and such a kind and curious actor, he brought me into the fold in such a great way because I was definitely nervous to be a part of something that already had this crew,” she said during an interview with AwardsRadar. “He’s such a genuinely good person. He’s an actor that asks questions, which is unheard of. I think we are kind of opposites, in this way, and it was an ‘opposites attract’ moment.”

September 2024

The pair was spotted kissing off set, per pics obtained by TMZ. According to the outlet, this went down on Rosalía’s birthday as she celebrated with friends in Paris.

Soon after, an insider revealed to People that Molly and Jeremy had chemistry from the onset.

“There were set rumors early on that they had intense chemistry even when not filming,” the source said. “They didn’t start hanging out romantically until a few weeks ago though.”

They added that Jeremy “really seems into Molly....She spends time at his house. They go on lunch dates and seem to have a great time. They’re affectionate, often in deep conversations, and seem curious to get to know each other better.”

October 2024

Jeremy and Molly had dinner at one of Taylor Swift’s tried-and-true spots, Via Carota, in New York. Per pics obtained by the Daily Mail, Jeremy and Molly cozied up to each other as she wrapped her hand around his neck during a stroll.

Two days later, the Bear stars stepped out with Molly’s dad (!!!) for Game 5 of the World Series, which saw the New York Yankees face off against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
