The 2026 Crunchyroll Anime Awards are almost here and as we continue to countdown the days to find out who will take home some big awards at the show’s 10th show, the company that brings us all our favorite anime and manga is revealing some of its biggest secrets today!
Cosmopolitan is exclusively revealing four brand-new presenters who will be on hand in Tokyo, Japan for anime’s biggest night. Not only does it include our cover star, Young Miko, but also some of our other music faves that also have been open about their love for anime.
Along with Young Miko, BamBam, TEN, and Ethan Bortnick will also be walking down the orange carpet and joining the likes of Asuka Saito, RZA, Rashmika Mandanna, The Weeknd, Winston Duke, and more.
It’s going to be a very interesting night as Dandadan leads with the most nominations for the second year in a row with 20 nominations. But will it take home Anime of the Year? With last year’s winner, Solo Leveling, not eligible this year, it truly is anyone’s chance. For now, we’re going to have to wait until The Weeknd walks on that stage to find out.
The Crunchyroll Anime Awards will take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, with the live ceremony hosted by popular entertainer Jon Kabira and renowned voice actress Sally Amaki. Beginning with the Orange Carpet Pre-Show at 5:00PM JST and main show ceremony at 6:00PM JST, the livestream will be available for global tune-in on Crunchyroll’s Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube channels as well as the Global and Japanese Sony Group Corp YouTube Channels.
