Taylor Swift showed up at Madison Square Garden (her rumored wedding location) to watch the Knicks play against the Spurs last night, and was one of many enthusiastic celebrities in attendance. Including Kylie Jenner, who was sitting courtside with Knicks superfan Timothée Chalamet.
And if you’re wondering whether or not Taylor and Kylie interacted, they sure did! In fact, Us Weekly and TMZ shared the below video and reported that they took a moment to hug each other after the Knicks won, which was captured by a fan on camera:
This sweet moment comes approximately two years after the internet was briefly (and incorrectly) convinced that Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and Keleigh Teller were talking about Timothée and Kylie Jenner at the Golden Globes. Sleuths were convinced Sel said “I asked for a picture with him and she said no,” but an insider spoke to People and confirmed they were NOT talking about the couple, saying Sel “was absolutely not referencing anything about Timothée or Kylie” and “never even saw or spoke to them.”
Aside from that whole non-drama, Kylie and Taylor don’t have any shared history—unless you count Taylor and Kim Kardashian’s longstanding beef. But that seems to (maybe?) be squashed at this point. At least based on Kim recently telling Khloé Kardashian “I have some of her older songs on my playlist. I’ve always thought she was, like, a super talented great artist.”
Anyway! Love to see the Knicks bring people together.
