Kyle Cooke seems extremely over the persistent rumors that he and Amanda Batula faked their wedding for Summer House and aren't actually legally married.

Short story: They are.

Long story: Kyle hopped on Threads and responded to someone speculating about his marriage (their post has since been deleted), saying "You got me. I’m an actor and faked a $200k wedding in front of my entire family, friends, and the world. The only actor with a MBA, a SBA loan, 2 businesses, and an acquired set of skills that lets me recall my scripted lines from memory when drunk, even blackout. I’m a jack of all trades which is exactly why I’m capable of pulling off such trickery."

He then added, "Oh wait here’s a pic of us at Hillsborough town hall. Respectfully, please take off your tinfoil hat." I mean, the photo says it all!

Reminder, while these two are still married, they are very much separated. Amanda and Kyle confirmed their separation in January, writing in a joint statement, “After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple. We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing.”

They added, “It feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time since we’ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter.”
