Stop everything you’re doing (for me, just dissociating into space): there’s a new countdown on Taylor Swift’s website. Or, there was.
Fans noticed that Taylor’s site briefly changed to a countdown leading to May 2, and then reverted back to The Life of a Showgirl theme that we’re used to.
At this point it’s unclear if this is a glitch or if Taylor’s announcing something, but fans have noticed that the clouds are straight out of Toy Story. I mean, the elongated tail on the cloud next to the “T”? It’s literally! The same! Not to mention the fact that Taylor Swift and Toy Story share the same initials.
Just speculating wildly here, but please keep in mind that Toy Story 5 is coming out in June. So yes, people are already theorizing that Taylor is releasing a song for the soundtrack, which would be iconic.
