Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are (allegedly!) getting married in New York City on July 3, and literally everyone is moving their plans around—even if they’re not invited. And by “literally everyone” I mostly mean me, my friends, and, randomly, Michael Rubin.
Rubin hosts an annual July 4 party in the Bridgehampton, which is absolutely packed with celebrities (think: Beyoncé, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, Jay-Z, Teyana Taylor, Camila Cabello, and Emily Ratajkowski), and apparently he’s moving the entire thing so it doesn’t clash with Taylor and Travis’s big day.

According to Page Six, the party will now take place on July 1, the Wednesday before Taylor and Travis’s wedding. Which is great news for people invited to both of these elite events.
For what it’s worth, Taylor and Travis haven’t actually confirmed that their wedding is going down in New York City on July 3, and there have been a lot of conflicting reports (for a while there, everyone was saying the wedding would be in Rhode Island on June 13).
The Daily Mail reports that the event will be held in an “arena or museum-like space,” while Us Weekly says the couple have invited about 150 people, including “many celebrities” like Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Emma Stone, the Haim sisters, Zoë Kravitz, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, and Miles and Keleigh Teller. Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reports that Tay’s dress will be inspired by the gown Elizabeth Taylor wore at her 1950 wedding to Conrad Hilton.
